Eclipse Communications is an exclusive Master Agent in the wireless phone service industry. We represent SPRINT exclusively as our cellular product, because of the competitive advantage Sprint has in the industry covering areas such as Price, Coverage and Quality of Service. We work specifically with Business Accounts and Employee Discounts offerings, as well as offer a broad range of Individual and Family options. We also are a Master Agent for a product called "Clearwire", which is a wireless DSL product that allows a customer to have home DSL without having to pay the high prices.

Why You Need Us:

Direct representatives of the Wireless Carrier's have a very small investment in your account. As many of you know, once you get signed up with a product, you then feel left hanging without any support, other than a customer service number. It is not in the Direct representatives interest to help you along the way throughout your whole contract, because there is no money in it.

  1. You sign an agreement with Sprint.
  2. You will have all of the direct phone numbers to our personal account rep and owner of Eclipse Solutions, you will also have all e-mails and other contact information for our company.
  3. Eclipse Wireless will do a billing analysis as often as you need, just send us an email anytime throughout your contact and we will get right back to you with the best solution. You also will have you account reps number and you can call him anytime. We can help you renegotiate your rates anytime throughout your contract.
  4. Every 18 months is the length of time that you need to be at be able to renegotiate your contract, not necessarily in terms of rates, because we will help you with this throughout the year. However "Free Equipment" can often times be leveraged when you are nearing your contract.
